European Minigolfsport Federation elected new board members in the delegates conference on 17 August 2008 in Tampere, Finland.

Kristiána Kirša of Latvia is the new Media Manager of EMF. She replaces Markus Janssen of Germany, who was the previous Media Manager.

Mikael Sølling of Denmark continues as the Finance Manager of EMF.

Victor Condeço of Portugal was elected as the new President of EMF, replacing Hans Bergström of Sweden. (Previously Condeço has been the Secretary General of EMF.)

Reinhard Neitzke of Germany continues as the Sport Director of EMF.

Mikko Haapasaari of Finland is the new Secretary General of EMF (replacing Victor Condeço, who was elected as the President of EMF).
