Andy Exall got silver, with average score 32.86. More clearly behind the leading duo, John McIver received bronze with average 34.71.

Tim Davies is one of the managers of the minigolf course that hosted this competition. He has been discussing with WMF and EMF the possibility of arranging an international major tournament in Great Britain — at open system and eternite courses.

Great Britain had two teams at Nations Cup 2008 in Tampere. Rumours tell that they are not sending a team to European Championships of this year.
